My motto is "change from the inside out" and it involves an educational coaching and a holistic coaching approach when designing a progressive program for your body. My training program design is twofold; first focusing on Corrective Exercise (mobility=stability=better movement patterns) and secondly, maximizing your body's efficiency by creating workouts that have an unpredictability element to it by focusing on the FITT principle, which will continually shock the body. This approach is called "pre-hab" and the intent is to avoid unnecessary injuries by teaching you how to have more of an awareness of the deeper core muscles, increasing strength and stability in the rotators of the hip and shoulder and developing a program to address the imbalances in your body. The FITT principle is an acronym for (frequency, intensity, time & type), after the assessment & evaluation I will write a Fitness Prescription so that you know what the plan would be to meet your needs and goals.
Included in your PT sessions:
*Access to MyPTHub app (Tracks all workouts, programs & resources)
*Online program of the foundational exercises that you can do at home which will assist in your success toward your goals.
*A progressive cardio program will also be given to help you increase your cardiac output and goals.
*Education on mobility, flexibility and moving in your daily life
