Tracy is amazing and a true inspiration. Very knowledgeable! The oxygen training is incredible for my CrossFit! But who doesn’t need bigger lungs weather for jogging, running, spinning, football, basketball, soccer, swimming, etc. Everyone can benefit from this amazing program. I recommend this to anyone wanting to bring their fitness to the next level!

My fitness journey started 10 years ago and Tracy was at the start of it. She was my first personal trainer and the one who planted the seed and from that  an entire garden has grown. I started out training at home to training in the gym and now I am a Bikini Competitor in the NPC and currently studying for my Personal Training Certification. I hope to one day inspire and motivate others the way Tracy inspired and motivated me. She continues to be an inspiration and a special friend to this day.

I have benefitted greatly from Tracy's personal training, nutrition assistance, and 4 cleanses. After dropping 17 pounds I have been able to keep the weight off by eliminating sugar and making healthy food choices. For two years, I had severe digestion issues that doctors couldn't pinpoint despite every test possible and finally having my gall bladder removed. I was at wittes end and was sick everyday. Tracy directed me to take Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, eat organic fruits/vegetables, consume additional water and within a few weeks the sickness was gone! Tracy is extremely knowledgeable concerning anything dealing with personal training, nutrition, alternatives to medicine and a holistic lifestyle. I would highly recommend her to anyone serious about stepping up and making a change to a healthy life.

As a massage therapist for 15 years I understand the importance of body mechanics (form), while weight lifting and exercising. It’s was important for me to find someone that truly understands the body and how it works to train my daughter before she went to college. My 18-year-old daughter is a D1 athlete/volleyball player. I was confident with Tracy and pleased with the results. My daughter Jordyn was prepared for the hard workouts and training by the time she got college. I highly recommend Tracy and believe you’re in good hands whether you’re an elite athlete or someone just getting into shape for the first time.

I have trained with Tracy in some capacity for over 10 years. Having gone through different health issues including knee replacement, she embraced different challenges. Whatever issue I had, she learned about it and then developed a training regimen. She combined holding me accountable while still celebrating progress I made. The bottom line is Tracy is someone who brings knowledge, excitement, and joy to the training process.

I started my journey about a year ago with Tracy and it has been hard. I can be tired, lazy, whiney, and make TONS of excuses. My inner struggle was all about feeling worthy of accepting love. I could love you, but I could not accept your love, I was not worthy. This past year, with all of my excuses about exercise, Tracy just loved and encouraged me. She never judged me or made me feel like I was a looser. She is the BEST cheerleader you will ever have. I have finally learned to love myself enough to make healthy food choices. My eating habits have changed drastically. If you want to change your life, the way you look and feel about yourself, I really can't imagine anyone else I have ever known to do what Tracy is able to do. It is her calling, it is natural for her, because it is who she is. Tracy Robert - thank you with all of my heart for being a bigger cheerleader for me, than I am for myself - AND teaching me how to be my own cheerleader.

Tracy is a very knowledgeable and compassionate trainer. She is well versed in nutrition as well as anatomy, and the effect of different exercises on the body. I enjoyed my sessions with her very much. She inspired me to try harder and always kept my safety in mind.

Tracy is so incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Her meals and routines are easy to follow and easy to do. During the 21 day cleanse, I lost 10 pounds. I have lost 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. What I love about what Tracy does is that it’s sustainable. Her positive attitude and her ability to “get it” is such a breath of fresh air! I’m in for the journey, and I am so happy and honored to have Mosaic Fitness & Nutrition navigating me!!!

 I love that Tracy individualizes each person that she works with. She takes time to figure out what you need and what will work for you to obtain your goals. Tracy ALWAYS encourages and pushes you to be the healthiest person that you desire to be. Believe me, it takes a lot of effort and willingness on your part, but she comes along side you to guide you the whole way. You are never going thru it alone. Tracy knows what she is doing and she does a fantastic job of instructing you how to do it yourself. Leading you to own your own fitness/nutrition journey. I am personally very thankful to be taking this adventure with her by my side. Can't wait to see where I end up!!!

I found this remarkable young woman about ten years ago at the Senior Center in Frisco, Texas. She was not only knowledgeable about kinetics and what muscles are involved in each movement and the importance of doing exercise movements correctly, she adjusted the preformed movements to meet the level of flexibility to the individual's personal needs in order for them to develop a true love for healthy exercise as a lifestyle. She stressed the IMPORTANCE of nutrition to enhance, not only exercise but the long-term quality of life. I was 67 years old at the time. I can attest to the importance of allowing TRACY to coach you in both areas. I’m still eating healthy and exercising at 77 years young, even though I now live in Georgia, where exercise is just becoming seen as a truly important factor for the quality of longevity. Thank you so much, Tracy, for enhancing and enriching my life."
