How many of you have ever played sports, an instrument, or just started a new habit? 

We have to practice to excel. The practice involves the sweat, discomfort, sore muscles, and the denial of something we would rather be doing. Practice is the reality towards our goals and dreams or “ game day.” Gameday is our mountaintop moments, achievements, and it’s where we receive the glory and recognition for our successes. It’s what we do in the valley that prepares us to successfully climb the mountain.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

✨WHAT ARE YOUR PLAYBOOK HABITS?
✨HOW ARE YOU DAILY PRACTICING TO BUILD YOUR SKILLS? 
✨WHAT IS ONE THING YOU CAN DO TODAY THAT PUTS YOU ON TRACK TOWARDS SUCCESS?

Practice choosing healthy over less healthy, prep your gym clothes and bag to grab before you leave the house, and plan your snacks and food to thwart temptations that daily come your way.
